Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

 

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

• eBooks

• Online Courses

• Worksheets

• Planners

• Business Templates

• Spreadsheets

• Downloadable Printables

• Educational Resources

Because these products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except as outlined below.

 

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

 

1. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.

 

2. Non-Delivery of Product

If you do not receive access to your purchased digital product due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue and provide access to the product or provide full refund.

 

3. Corrupted or Defective Files

If a downloaded file is corrupted, inaccessible, or defective, we will provide a replacement file at no additional cost.

If the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable efforts, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

 

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow:

• 5–10 business days for processing

• Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

 

Online Courses

If an online course includes a specific satisfaction guarantee or refund period, the terms stated on the course sales page will take precedence over this general Refund Policy.  However if the purchase does not provide customer satisfaction, a refund will be provided within 14 days, if the refund is requested within 14 days of original purchase date.

 

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving access to digital products may result in:

• Suspension of account access

• Revocation of product licenses

• Restriction from future purchases
